9 inch Tug Boat Kit. A very rare kit. I suppose these were made to try and cash in on the increasing popularity of Airfix kits. I think it is complete , but can't be sure as it has never been opened , and on acquiring the kit , I had to put clear tape over a couple of holes in the bag.
